Eligibility Criteria

    • Seed-stage companies

      • Typical round size: $500k - $2.5M

  • Companies must have their headquarters in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba. Please apply to the stream that most closely matches the location of your headquarters. The goal is to help startups raise capital from the local investor community.

    • Willingness to engage with investors for an 8-week due diligence process that could include 6+ (virtual) investor meetings

    • Should you be selected, the ability to join us in-person on Oct 6 for Top 20 Pitch Night and in-person on Nov 17 for the Summit Finale in the stream you applied to (SK: Regina for Top 20 and Saskatoon for Finale; MB: Winnipeg)
