Eligibility Criteria

    • Seed-stage companies

      • Typical round size: $500k - $2.5M

  • Companies must have or intend to have at least one of the following economic ties to Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba

    • Headquartered in one of the provinces

    • Employ FTEs in one of the provinces

    • Engage in on-going research contracts with partners in one of the provinces

  • Companies with products, services or technology that demonstrably reduce greenhouse gases.

    • Willingness to engage with investors for an 8-week due diligence process that could include 6 or more investor meetings.

    • Ability to join us in person in Alberta on April 7th for the Summit Finale (strongly encouraged).
